Kana Fujisawa
Born in Kyoto Prefecture, living in Kyoto City. Mother of two.
After working as an engineer on UI/UX and frontend at Capcom and Nintendo, I transitioned to Product Management.
As a technically-minded PdM, I drive products end-to-end — from concept and design through implementation.
Since becoming a mother, what I've been exploring is "delivering peak performance within limited time." AI is what breaks through that ceiling.
I'm putting it into practice every day, both at work and in life.
Recently, as a freelancer (doing business as mae), I've been diving into new technologies firsthand while helping clients with the following:
- AX strategy — Installing AI-driven workflows into organizations to transform the way work gets done
- Skill / Plugin design — Translating PdM workflows and development logic into Claude Code Skills and Plugins
- Product management support — Walking alongside teams from 0→1 launches through roadmap design and development productivity improvements
Even as the tools change, staying true to the heart of the problem never does. Holding firm to the user's perspective, building systems and products that are truly used — that's the approach I care most about in my work.
Forward-thinking, leaning forward, moving the world further forward.
